feat(manage): 优化无人机设备类型解析与智能巡检任务状态管理

- 改进设备类型ID解析逻辑，增强代码可读性
- 根据设备字典查询结果动态设置设备名称
- 新增智能巡检任务标识及状态更新机制
- 实现人工飞行任务结束前的智能巡检状态检查
- 整理Redis数据获取相关代码结构
- 添加必要的注释说明待办事项
